Upon your arrival in Casablanca, a professional driver/guide from our team will welcome you at the airport and transport you to your hotel. Afterward, you will visit the Mosque of Hassan II, one of the world’s largest and most stunning mosques. Located by the Atlantic Ocean, it is renowned as Africa’s most beautiful mosque, with an interior adorned with exquisite Moroccan mosaics. Later, enjoy a stroll along Casablanca’s Corniche coastal area. You will spend the night in Casablanca.
After breakfast today, we will depart from Casablanca and head towards Chefchaouen. Our journey will take us north, allowing us to experience a unique Moroccan culture and lifestyle. We will make a stop in Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. Rabat is home to significant landmarks, such as the Royal Palace and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, along with various historical tourist attractions. While in the city, key activities include visiting the Oudaias Kasbah, admiring the Hassan Tower, and exploring the Mausoleum of Mohammed V.
We will then continue our journey to Chefchaouen, the renowned “blue pearl” nestled at the base of the Rif Mountains. The name Chefchaouen is derived from “Chaouen,” meaning “Horns,” which refers to the shape of the mountain peaks towering above the town. Founded in 1471 by Moulay Ali Ben Moussa as a small fortress, Chefchaouen later fell under Spanish rule before gaining independence in 1956. Famous for its blue-painted buildings, Chefchaouen is a paradise for photographers. We will spend the night in Chefchaouen.
Today, you’ll have time to explore the charming blue-washed streets of Chefchaouen, visit local artisan shops, and enjoy the peaceful vibe of this unique town. Start early to photograph the calm, people-free streets. After breakfast, head out to discover Chefchaouen, one of Morocco’s most famous destinations, known for its striking blue-painted medina walls in various shades. As you wander through the medina, a must-visit spot is the Ras El Maa Waterfall, offering stunning panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains.
In addition to the waterfall, make sure to visit the Place of Outa El Hamam, a relaxing square surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Here, you’ll also find the Kasbah, an 18th-century fortress with a lovely garden. Your day in Chefchaouen wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the Spanish Mosque (Bouzafer Mosque), a historic site built in the 15th century. You’ll spend the night in Chefchaouen, immersed in the beauty of this picturesque town.
After breakfast at your accommodation in Chefchaouen, we will begin our journey to Fes. Along the way, we’ll stop to explore the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. Stroll through this archaeological treasure, admiring its temples and mosaics.
Our next stop will be Meknes, an imperial city founded by Sultan Moulay Ismail in the 17th century. Here, you’ll visit the historic Medina, encircled by impressive walls, and see iconic landmarks like Bab El Mansour and the Moulay Ismail Tombs. You’ll also have time to explore El Hedim Square.

A local guide will accompany you as you visit major attractions, including Al-Qarawiyyin University (the world’s first university), Bou Inania Madrasa (a theological college), the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), lively plazas, Andalusian neighborhoods, pottery workshops, museums, traditional Souks (markets), the impressive Tanneries, and Bab Boujloud.
Lunch will be served at a traditional Moroccan restaurant in the heart of the Old Medina (Fes El-Bali). Fez is renowned as Morocco’s artisan capital. Your full-day tour will also offer a chance to enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Old Medina. After the tour, we will return you to your accommodation in Fez for the night.
After breakfast at your accommodation in Fes, we head southeast, passing through the charming city of Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco,” and continue through the Cedar Forest, Morocco’s largest woodland, home to wild Barbary macaques. We continue our adventure toward Erfoud, known for its date festival and fossil production, before reaching the vast sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. Here, we’ll leave the car behind and embark on a thrilling camel trek across the golden dunes, with a chance to catch a stunning sunset from atop a high dune. Afterward, we head to the desert camp, where a delicious dinner awaits. Relax under the stars, enjoy Berber music performed by local nomads around a campfire, and if you’re in the mood, join in the dance. The starry sky will leave you in awe before retiring to your tent for the night.
You’ll start the day early to witness the stunning sunrise over the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, as the first light reflects off the vast sea of sand. After this unforgettable experience, head back to your desert camp for a refreshing shower and a delicious breakfast. Once you’re fueled up, you’ll ride back to the camel departure point and prepare for the next leg of your desert adventure, leaving behind the expansive desert to journey toward the historic city of Rissani. If you’re there on a market day (Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Sundays), you’ll have the chance to explore the largest souk in the region.
From Rissani, the journey takes you to Erfoud, the Fossil Town, before heading towards the Dades Valley. Continuing on, you’ll explore the Dades Valley, home to striking sand castles, “monkey fingers” rock formations, and beautiful mud kasbahs, where you’ll spend the night in a peaceful setting.
Today, we will depart from Dades Gorges and make our way to Marrakech. Along the renowned Road of Thousand Kasbahs, we will stop at Kalaat M’Gouna, also known as the Valley of Roses. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore local cooperatives and shops selling rose-based products. The valley is home to the annual Rose Festival each May, which celebrates the region’s rich tradition of rose cultivation.
Our journey continues with a visit to Skoura (time permitting, we will stop at Amridil Kasbah) and Ouarzazate, where we will explore the famous Atlas Studios, often referred to as the Hollywood of Africa, a popular filming location for many films. Next, we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou, a historic kasbah once crucial for desert caravans and now a popular spot for international films. After lunch at a local restaurant, we will cross the Tizi N’Tichka Pass, offering stunning views of valleys, mountains, and traditional Berber villages, before arriving in Marrakech by evening for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, your local guide will meet you at your accommodation in Marrakech to begin your exploration of this vibrant city, known as the “Red City of Morocco.” Serving as a crucial stop for travelers and traders for centuries, Marrakech is often called the “southern pearl” of Morocco and is the “second oldest imperial city.” You will visit key historical and cultural landmarks, including the Saadian Tombs, the magnificent Palaces of El Bahia and El Badi, the Ben Youssef Quranic School (Ben Youssef Madrasa), and the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, with its towering 77-meter-high minaret at the city’s heart. This bustling square is a cultural epicenter where magicians, storytellers, snake charmers, and street food vendors create a lively atmosphere. Take time to relax at one of the many cafés surrounding the square and soak in the vibrant surroundings. Afterwards, wander through the colorful, lively souks to experience the rich culture of Marrakech. We will spend the night in the city.
